InstaShow® requires no additional drivers or other software and is ready to use at the touch of a button after connecting to a laptop. InstaShow® reduces downtime and wait times during important meetings, making them significantly more informative and efficient.
InstaShow® features simple setup and is ready to use immediately after plugging it in. Up to 16 users can connect and present one after the other, without the usual technical delays between presentations. InstaShow®'s integrated hardware encoding and decoding ensures smooth presentation and video playback at all times, regardless of the operating system or source laptop.
The exclusive Video Mode feature optimizes InstaShow®'s audiovisual settings, allowing you to instantly switch from presentation mode to smooth video mode with stereo sound, without IT support or complex software configuration. Switching to Video Mode delivers smooth, high-quality video transmission and playback. Now, stuttering and freezing are a thing of the past.
With InstaShow®, users can stream all their content from a variety of devices. Content from laptops, Blu-ray or DVD players, and many other devices with HDMI output can be displayed on any playback device with an HDMI input. Presenters can also take private notes, back up data, and monitor other applications. With InstaShow®, they can simultaneously deliver inspiring presentations in extended desktop mode, on both Windows and OSX.
As soon as you connect InstaShow® to a laptop, all security measures are automatically applied to the source PC as well! InstaShow® is 100% hardware-based, eliminating the need for software, drivers, or firmware updates. InstaShow® thus eliminates many potential security vulnerabilities or backdoors commonly exploited by viruses and malware.
InstaShow® protects corporate intellectual property from tampering or unintentional disclosure. 128-bit WPA2 encryption based on the AES standard guarantees absolute security and invulnerability during presentations with InstaShow®. A security handshake also enables seamless, wireless streaming of presentations. This allows even confidential information to be presented without the risk of violating specific security policies. InstaShow® also supports HDCP, ensuring that content with digital rights management is played without delays, error messages, or interruptions.
InstaShow® is ready to use right out of the box. Once you pair additional transmitters with a receiver, you'll notice how easy and time-saving the whole process is.
Simply press the pairing button on the receiver for five seconds and repeat the process on the transmitter to automatically pair both devices. The host can also be put into pairing mode via a web connection if it's installed on the ceiling or otherwise difficult to access.
Using EDID, InstaShow® automatically configures the source laptop's settings to match the display device's resolution, ensuring pixel-perfect, crisp, and clear image quality from projectors, flat-panel displays, monitors, and TVs. InstaShow® users can focus on the meeting instead of fiddling with resolution settings, eliminating the need to contact IT support to adjust display timings.
Our exclusive automatic Wi-Fi channel selection and auto-reconnect functionality allow presenters to rely on InstaShow® without worrying about downtime or interruptions due to an unstable Wi-Fi connection. Equipped with high-performance 802.11ac Wi-Fi up to 400 Mbps, InstaShow® offers seamless wireless streaming of 1080p Full HD content without lag, even under heavy wireless traffic.
Minimal input latency slows response times by less than 100 ms, allowing for natural, precise mouse movements, smooth PowerPoint animations, and the transmission of professional presentation media. Presenters and participants can focus on a smooth meeting and intuitively follow critical content points.
InstaShow® offers numerous web-based opportunities to save resources and energy, especially for environmentally conscious and sustainable companies.
HDMI standby reduces InstaShow®'s power consumption to almost zero after a connected device is turned off, significantly extending its lifespan. When the respective display device is turned back on, InstaShow® also "wakes up automatically" without the need for a separate remote control – a particular advantage when InstaShow® is ceiling-mounted. Furthermore, InstaShow® immediately goes into network standby mode if no active source is detected within a user-defined period of time. The HDMI transmission is interrupted, and all connected devices are put into "sleep mode." When the meeting resumes, they simply need to be turned back on. This keeps the total cost of ownership for presentation equipment permanently low, not only through energy savings and a longer lifespan for InstaShow®, but also by protecting unused displays. "Blank mode" even reduces energy consumption by up to 50%* when used in conjunction with a BenQ projector.
